About Us

I’m Rajwant Kaur, Founder of Shaping Careers by Rajwant—an ICCC Advanced–certified Career Counselor (Mindler & Career Development Alliance, USA).

With over 16 years of experience in school education and leadership—including roles as Director of Sports, Discipline Supervisor and ECA Coordinator, I’ve mentored students across prestigious institutions in India. As a former national-level athlete and educator, I’ve always connected deeply with teenagers, guiding them with empathy, clarity and conviction. My journey has been anchored in one mission: helping young minds grow with clarity, strength and purpose.

Through the Mindler Partner Portal, I bring together globally validated psychometric assessments, personalized one-on-one career guidance, and research-backed tools to help students make informed, confident decisions, whether it’s about streams, courses or colleges. I believe every student deserves a roadmap that truly reflects who they are.
